Assisted with the Program Office’s redefine requirements to clearly state the need and negotiated with the contractor to alleviate excessive overages where we successfully attained a cost avoidance of $1.2M.

Re-negotiated a $3.5M telecommunication contract for the department with Verizon saving the Government an estimated $2M over the life of the contract by combining the efforts of several divisions that had separate contracts with Verizon. Performed post award duties on awarded contract to include phone line additions, tablets, hotspot devices and payment of monthly invoices with multiple line of accounting streams.
