Waffle House was my first job from March 2018 - July 2019 . My starting/ending position was a salesperson/server . With this position I handled money, provided efficient customer service, Took and served orders, bussed and cleaned my stations tables and dishes. Other duties included food prep, stocking stations for next shift, cleaning work areas. I worked here on and off for a year, I left to focus on my school and grades. I then went on to work at party city from July 2018 - October 2019 . My starting/ending position was a sales associate . While holding this position I handled money, provided efficient customer service such as showing them where to find certain items, helping customers plan their ideal parties, and making sure they left the store with a happy fun experience. Other duties included stocking shelves as needed, keeping the store swept and tidy at all times, and making sure all work areas were kept together and ready for the days rush. I left this company for poor management and school.

After a few months of not working due to school and the Covid pandemic i started working at Rios junk removal and hauling May 2020 - August 2020 I started/ended as a crew member . With this job I demoed pool decks, hot tubs, sheds/barns, all kinds of flooring such as tile, carpet wood . With this job I also did clean outs, for office spaces, storages, foreclosed homes and cleaning up customers yard debris . This job also entailed lifting and loading everything into trucks and then dumping them at landills. Other duties were making sure the job site was clean and up to customer standards, making sure the work truck was cleaned out and had materials for the next work day. I left this company because there was no work

I worked as city bites also from August 2020-December 2021 . I started as a crew member with this position I worked all areas of the restaurant register/front, frontline/dishes, and then kitchen. All including multi-tasking and being quick on my feet, customer service and food prep/handling. Was responsible for keeping all stations stocked and clean at all times. After working there for about 7 months I got promoted to a assistant manager, which included leading and running shifts and crews . Making sure the shift was ran smoothly, deal with customer refunds, taking big catering orders . The End Of shift duties also were counting down tills and doing the reports and making deposit bags. I left this company to go work in fiber optics

I worked in fiber optics with rose ranch construction contracted through American broadband in Blair, NE from March 2022-November 2022. I started as a crew member, doing fiber Internet home installs . This included running wires from nids into the home. The wires I mainly worked with were cat5, power wire, and coax. I also worked with the thin fiber wire as well. I used hammer drills and impact drills to make my entry hole and to clip wires to the home. While on installs I helped customers set up their new wifi service on all devices as needed and made sure they were getting the speed and service they paid for . All installs were done according to customer requests and company guidelines . I moved up to project management/ crew lead in June. This consisted of dividing crews to where I best saw fit, calling customers and setting the work days schedule for all crews. Was my responsibility to make sure all crews had the material and equipment needed for the work day. I reported to troubleshoots when customers had issues with services. I also learned just a little bit of the setting nids and underground stuff of fiber optics i helped dig trenches and lay conduit and putting in hand holes while I was this company. I left this company due to poor management and safety concerns that were had. Heavy equipment skills - basic knowledge operating a skid steer, and farm tractor for 6 yrs Hand tool skills - impact drill, hammer drill, use of concrete and wood bits, use of paddle bits, light readers, cable & Ethernet crimpers .
