My experience at various venues has always been customer first, and to exceed expectations. From Bobby McGee’s in 1990 to mid and small sized cafes/bistros, to One of Sacramento’s top experience Restaurants, “The Kitchen.”

Food and Beverage Service- Conduct and perform efficient, customer focused day to day service opportunities - within venue and external events.

Customer Relations- Interact with guests concerning product and dining experience.

Training- Facilitate, coach and follow-up employee learning topics and modules.

Quality Control of Food and Beverage- Examine, taste, touch all food and beverage products for quality and consistency.

Marketing- Implement and execute corporate and unit-level promotions and events. Involve marketing and sales development strategy teams.

TRAINING

During most of my tenures, training has been an integral part of my positions. This enabled me to become quite skilled at facilitating training courses and modules. Most all people are eager to learn, seeing the “light bulb” come on is very rewarding!

Organized and trained a variety of courses of varying lengths.

Spearheaded training classes and shift meetings for all FOH and BOH.
