Not only was I the manager, I was also a cosmetologist and nail tech. I have done hair for 12 years and nails for over 20 years.

August 2013 to April 2014 and helped start up Scrub a dub maid I oversaw looking at documents and pictures that were submitted to make sure that properties were in fact being winterized or being taken care of met our standards. If they were not, then I would submit my findings on what needed to be done to make it correct with the state laws in whichever state the homes were in. The owner of BLM REO started a second company called Scrub a Dub Maids. I was a Team leader and led about 6 employees. I would train them to our expectations and would show them how we expected them to take care of our customers and how to handle issues.
If there were any issues, I handled them so not only was the customer happy, but they would be repeat business and refer friends or family. I would also accept payments at the completion of service and turn it all in at the end of the day.
