The owner of BLM REO started a second company called Scrub a Dub Maids. I was a Team leader and led about 6 employees. I would train them to our expectations and would show them how we expected them to take care of our customers and how to handle issues.

If there were any issues, I handled them so not only was the customer happy, but they would be repeat business and refer friends or family. I would also accept payments at the completion of service and turn it all in at the end of the day.
