● -All parts are 100% inspected, with zero defects to meet all customer satisfaction.

● At the start of shift check off OPM sheet, make sure gages, scissors and all other
● tools are visible in the work area.
● Floor is free of tripping hazards.
● Check to make sure the head and piston part number match.
● All components are checked for dirt, rust,gouges.
● Head and pistons are demagnetized and washed.
● Follow the standard work procedure for applying all proper seals
● onto the heads and pistons.

● Follow the packing procedures.
Bolten-Kitting
● All parts materials are gathered for assembling onto cylinders.
● Each operation number has its own materials for completion of a cylinder.
