To Whom It May Concern:

My name is John Willey. In 2015-16, I was Vice-President of Media Research at Disney/ABC, and Mitesh Mistry worked for my group as an independent contractor. I am currently at NBCU. Though I knew little about Mitesh or his background when he started with my team, he soon proved himself a valuable and committed teammate. In my particular role, my group was tasked with supporting several different business units, each with its own unique set of success objectives. It requires breadth of background, and an ability to communicate and deliver actionable results for key stakeholders.

I was surprised at how quickly Mitesh was able to assimilate the various points of business view for the groups we supported, and his ability to discern not only the differences between business objectives, but the underlying reasons why they were different. Further, the role on my team demanded an ability to create and sustain strong working relationships with colleagues not only of varying business units, but from interns to senior executives. Mitesh grew to deliver presentations which were utilized by senior management to make important decisions regarding scheduling, distribution, sales and more. One particular area of pride for me was the diversity on my team, both gender and race. This was not necessarily the norm across the company at that time. Mitesh fit in beautifully and added so much to our group dynamic from a cultural, energy, and work ethic standpoint. His ability to work well with others created stretch opportunities to help other teams within my department with their particular responsibilities. Mitesh not only accepted these assignments, he actively sought them out. Mitesh is a person who does not believe in downtime at work. For these reasons, and others regarding his great qualities as a human being, I highly recommend Mitesh Mistry without qualification in any role for which he may be considered. I can honestly say that Mitesh would be an excellent addition to any enterprise which may be considering a role for him.

Most Sincerely,

John A. Willey
