Serve a high volume of patients each day, completing registration and insurance verification before escorting patients to exam rooms. Represent Penn Medicine in alignment with the organization’s values and standards.

Prepare patients for examinations by measuring and recording vital signs, compiling medical histories, and reviewing medications; enter data into Epic and Penn Chart.

Assist physicians and residents with examinations and basic procedures. In addition to phlebotomy, conduct routine testing and treatment, including finger sticks, EKGs, and ear lavage.
