Strategic Function:
US Test Lead for Global Ring Fencing UK Regulatory project which involved changing structure of the US bank. The multi-year project involved hundreds of people globally affecting all aspects of the bank.
Handled several projects as the sole lead tester. These included the large scale SoftCo implementation and annual SWIFT upgrade for 2016. Both of these projects were delivered on time as scheduled.
