Testing Java card /Global platform applets by loading capfile(binary format for java card ) to secure element, instantiating the payment application, personalizing the payment application instances i.e. populating it with proper data including highly sensitive data such as cryptographic keys, selecting instance, send APDU commands over contact and Contactless interface
ApplePay-VMPA to support NFC and Chip Innovation team. VMPA is a Java card applet that runs on the secure element(SE) installed on the handset. The VMPA package is composed of various modules which address specific functions. The main functionality of VMPA is to conduct a Visa contactless payment transaction.

“Quantitative relationship between structure and stability of Proteins” under Dr.U.Devapriyakumar (http:// www.iiit.ac.in/~deva/Deva/Home.html) IIIT, Hyderabad, India
The project is an attempt to establish a correlation between various properties (independent Variables) of a set of protein molecules with their experimentally known Melting temperatures (dependent variable). There are number of descriptors which describe a protein molecule viz amino acid composition, number of alpha helices, number of beta strands, number of salt bridges, radial distribution function, number of hydrogen bonds, molecular volume, solvent accessible surface area and buried surface area(both for Polar and non-polar amino acids), radius of Gyration of hydrophobic core of proteins etc. Contribution of each descriptor can be seen using multiple linear regression, a statistical procedure used to assess relationship between dependent and two or more Independent variables
