I have 17 years of experience in pastry making and 17 years of putting smiles on customers’ lips through the pastries I make.

I have worked with many restaurants and sweet shops both in Saudi Arabia and in Syria. I started my career as an assistant pastry chef and have worked hard to be promoted as a bakery manager in my most recent job.

I have had the experience of running a whole bakery section with a diverse team. I believe that leaders must set a good example to his subordinates and so I worked hand-in-hand with my team.

Specifics duties:

I worked as a head chef for the production of Arabic and western sweets and bread.

Conduct quality checks and staff hygiene checks.

Ensure the maintenance of cleanliness in the production room.

Ensure that local regulations are followed.

Oversee the purchase and inventory of goods needed in the production.

I worked for the improvement of sales and organizing the production line.

I optimized the production line, which leads to the reduction of waste and subsequently reduced the overhead costs.

I managed branch orders and follow-up of deliveries.
