Responsibilities:
• Documentation of all nursing procedures performed on individual patients
• Admission and Discharge of patients
• Preparation and Transportation of patients for imaging, such as X-Rays, and Scan
• Bed bath, assisted bathroom bath and bedmaking
• Assisting and supervising clinical students on basic and advanced nursing procedures
• Attending routine ward rounds with the medical and surgical team
• Performing wound dressing (of all nature) under aseptic procedures
• Administering oral, topical and Rectal medications
• Administration of Intravenous, Sub Cutaneous and Intramuscular medications
• Identifying health - related risks
• Male and Female Catheterization
