• Managed a 23-man team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) working out of 8 countries – South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, Morocco, UAE, and Pakistan.

• Supervised the MSci. – Measurement Science team to deliver on resolving clients’ issues. This led to a reduction of clients’ enquiries that have lingered for about 3 years to reduce by about 77% (from 52 to 12) within 6 months.
