Set up new files:

Reviewing all need disclosures, Credit Employment, and Appraisals Sending files to be underwriting and clearing underwriting conditions. Order PMI, title work, appraisal, survey, Final inspections, and credit report.

Collecting needed documents for customers Ordered and reviewed verification of Employment, Deposits, Rent, and Mortgage and Tax Transcripts. Ordered and reviewed Flood certificate, Homeowners and Flood Insurance, and updated the mortgagee clause. Order and review the FHA and VA Case Number, LDG/GSA, and Certificate of Eligible. Review and calculate, income using paystubs, social security award letters, tax returns, and bank statements. Review credit reports and title commitments or possible issues and help with getting the documentation to clear the issue.

Prepared Closing Documents and Closing

Prepared and approved Final CD and communicated final numbers with customers. Prepared and balanced funding checks and disbursed. Prepared and disbursed construction draw. Reviewed final title policy and cleared. Post-closing issues. Shipped file to the investor and retrieved any additional documentation needed for the investor to purchase the loan.
