I run the Admin office and all clerical aspects therein.

I am responsible for Drug Testing and all that goes with it and compliance with Insurance and Tax Credits for said testing.

I maintain compliance with Drug program and Insurance needs for the employees. I do all onboarding paperwork and keep track of all productivity for all crews and crew leaders. I order and inventory office supplies and employee uniforms.

My main job was to collect on customer accounts.

I went into the field for home collections, customer tracking and repossession of property used to secure loans.

I took pride in my ability to get customers to pay and also find the vehicles that they tried to hide when they refused to pay.
