Project: Foxtel online self-care digitization

Description: The objective of this program is to deliver the online self-care products and Services to enhance the DIGITAL experience for Telstra customers. The project FOXTEL Online Self-Service online portal launched in May 2016 targeting to serve FOXTEL from Telstra customers through My Account Self-Service and 24X7 app enabling them to upgrade hardware, channel packages online, tech appointment, pay-per-view, box office and many more. The project also delivered the RESTful web services Foxtel assets & credit check API so it can be used by another project. The Online transaction charges are sent from Foxtel to Telstra for monthly postpaid Billing account in Kenan and are sent to EDW (Enterprise Data warehouse Solution) for reporting.

Responsibilities:

leading the delivery of Foxtel online Self Service three program increments we call it as MVP 1, 2, 3. MVP 1 focuses on launch of portal with basic operations like viewing the customer assets, upgrading packages and upgrading set-top-box. MVP 2 focuses on modifying technician's appointment, ordering pay-per-view, box office and special events. MVP 3 focus on CSR getting access to this platform to serve the customers and unica campaign management system for targeted marketing and offers.

This involves project planning and delivering through multiple constructor teams i.e., 1. Front-end AEM scrum team responsible for AEM based UI to enhance the customer experience and pulls in the content from CMS based on keys 2. Media products team to present restful API of product catalog and available valid upgrade options based on customer assets. 3. B2B gateway team to interact with Foxtel Web Services to get the customer assets and ordering as all the assets are stored in Foxtel system. 4. Digital Customer Assets team which agent (CSR) can access to view customer Foxtel assets and order, update their assets on behalf of them. 5. Vendor UNICA team displaying the valid upgrade offers based on current promotions and offer by product managers. 6. Digital Policy management team to ensure the online logged in user or legal lessee is authorized to initiate the particular transaction. 7. Credit management API building scrum team to check credit validity of customer against the cap to enable them for online transaction.

Plan and Manage delivery of initiatives through business problem and high-level solution brief and impacts to the as-is solution and costs them for approval to start the project execution

Organize workshops between Product Managers, business stakeholders, supplier vendors to derive IT requirements and lock down program scope.

Plan Iteration increments and align to enterprise release management schedule for integrated testing and release deployment

Identify nonfunctional requirements to adjust system performance and forecast weekly/monthly orders based on Order types from Enterprise Data Warehouse where order is sent to warehoused for analysis and reporting

The objectives were delivered on time withing budget in three phases as planned. The scope and order of magnitude cost of each phase was presented and approved separately to start work. The learning and feedback were incorporated into the subsequent phase and asset built by this project was used by other projects to get the data

Project: IPTV Products and Services – Telstra/Roku TV

Description: The objective of this project is to launch Telstra TV product as part of Entertainment broadband bundle which enables customers to plug in this TTV IPBox at home and watch Internet TV including channels like Stan, Netflix, AFL, NRL, BigPond Movies… The project involves creating products in Siebel to make them available for sale for CSR and online digital T-Shop. The order line items are orchestrated and sent to Brightstar for warehouse shipment. Activate the device online when plugged in through the network by using the customer’s user-id to register in the assurance portal for activation using TTV API’s and assist in any warranty support.

Responsibilities:

Started as a schedule manager and Developed IT Schedule from the impact assessment, feasibility and order of magnitude cost and integrated to Media Program delivery master schedule

Lead the delivery by weekly status meet with project managers, BA and vendor teams,

Manage risks – analysis and mitigation plan, scope, actuals, forecast in Integral+ and status reporting to group Director on a weekly group call with other PM and get input and help as required. WSR was done through 1 page project template and highlighted bullet points as needed to communicate and socialize in the executive group.

Respond to the impact assessment with cost and timeline for the change to support initiative, raise CR and post approval update the IT schedule and master scheduler.

Manage the cost in Integral plus, create new codes, cost bucket and assignment for various constructor teams.

We delivered this initiative on time within budget as the nationwide media campaign was already out and launch date were fixed as we had to meet the timelines to make product available in the system and also stock in warehouse for shipment

Description: The objective of this project is to migrate corporate customers currently billed in ABRS billing solution to CSG SingleView Enterprise Billing system which is industry standard billing system. As the Infrastructure, Migration and deployment manager, my project scope involves deploying new infrastructure to support CT-BILL servers, deployment of migration code and migration of customers data onto new greenfield installation of CT-BILL platform
