Provide extensive project management planning, scheduling, and cost engineering services in support of federal sector project control management support to the Y-12 Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC Uranium Processing Facility Programs for the engineering design, procurement, and construction support for the Department of Energy contractors managing the Y-12 National Security Complex, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and the East Tennessee Technology Park (formerly K-25 Enriched Uranium Plant). Reason for leaving: Project Controls services support contract was de-scoped and moved from Shanghai, China, to Shaw’s Charlotte, North Carolina Office in December 2008. I was offered a position with Westinghouse to stay in Shanghai and I declined the offer.
