●Administers psychiatric treatment, prescribes medication and medication assisted treatment (MAT) in an out-patient community mental health center, including residential clients associated with Tri-County Human Services.

●Assessments include questionnaires for psychiatric clients, such as mood disorder (MDQ), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9), craving scales for MAT clients, and baker act criteria. MDQ performed more often to assess emerging bipolar illness. Collects substantial psychiatric history and medical history upon initial psychiatric evaluation.

●Conserves company resources, asserts loyalty to company, and attends to increase productivity.
●Delegates tasks to ancillary staff but retains overall accountability of patient care.
●Participates in bi-monthly meetings with collaborating psychiatrist and peers to review complex cases, provide new knowledge, review, update, and modify policy and procedures as needed, identifying indicators that encumber workflow.
