and all recipes, prep list.

Ipic Theaters (Bolingbrook, IL)

Took the company food cost from 30% to 26%, labor cost from 19% to 13.7 % liquor cost from 26% to 20% every

month. With the help ofmy team brought the Bolingbrook location from the second to the lowest producing store

out of IO location to number one in profitability, number two (2) in guest count growth, sales projections.
