• Serve as a primary point of contact and oversee administration of Leave of Absence Programs and policies including the associated work of the third part leave administrator. a. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients, colleagues, and vendors.

b. Drive the implementation, communication, and administration of leave programs. Revises internal documents, policies, and communications necessary to ensure company compliance.

c. Ensure efficient support of the operations transactions related to leave of absence company policies and procedures.

d. Track leave expiration/exhaustion ensuring appropriate notifications are sent. e. Maintain appropriate contact with all employees on leave and coordinate all aspects of return to work for associates on leave.

f. Authorize termination of employees who exceed the leave limits and cannot return to work.

• Discuss with third party administrator investigations of alleged fraudulent activity of all leave cases. Works closely with HR and Legal to identify, research, and resolve matters.

• Crete and/or streamline processes and tools for the leave of absence program.
