stc Masterplan - Infrastructure Project, Riyadh -Saudi Arabia Infrastructure Construction Manager Provide PMC Services for the Master Plan of STC Compound by developing the whole infrastructure including roads, underground networks, cables, landscape and hardscape. Company Role: PMC

Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Manage and review all submittals such as shop drawings, materials, plans, etc. after receiving from consultant and add feedback.

• Arrange & manage weekly meetings with all parties including client.

• Supervise the work/Progress of Contractor/subcontractors through daily site visit of all activities including Infrastructure work (Earth work, U/G utilities, Hardscape, Landscape).

• Review and follow all reports such as, daily, weekly, monthly, etc. and work schedule update.
