Consistently increased year over year market share and sales revenues for multiple brands in hotels including IHG, Choice Hotels, multiple Marriott and Hilton brands. EXPERIENCE

CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (August 2022 to Present) Kamla Hotels

Oversaw regional and area operations managers and a select portfolio of California properties (currently 16 branded and boutique hotels). I ensure that each hotel in an assigned portfolio, is maximizing the Guest and associate experience. The Director develops, maintains and ensures compliance with Kamla’s and brand hotel operating policies and procedures (Operations Manual), as well as motivate, coach and train the General Manager team members at each property. I set goals and holds GM team members accountable, and provide appropriate feedback, rewards, and recognition.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (June 2013 - December 2019; August 2021 to Present) Alko Hotels

Overseeing a Fairfield Suites by Marriott, Comfort Suites by Choice Hotels, Candlewood Suites by IHG, University Inn and Try by Hilton. In addition to consulting for various brands throughout the state.

In charge of all training, certifications and Quality Assurance assessments for all the properties. Acting General Manager whenever a vacancy occurred as well. In addition to assuring all Sales managers achieved year over year financial goals, I conducted weekly sales training for both Sales Managers and General Managers. In charge of aggressively increasing year over year revenue while minimizing expenses and adhering to strict financial goals and guidelines.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (February 2021 - July 2021) The Village of Bedford Walk

Responsible for the daily operations of the luxury senior living community and day to day supervision of the professionally engaged team. The Executive Director also established management success through strong leadership with community and restaurant staff. Proficiency in analyzing physical needs of the asset, interior and exterior while making corrective solutions. Ensuring vacant villas and apartment homes were converted to market ready condition and rented according to prime senior living standards.

Knowledge of property management policies, procedures, best practices, and advanced knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Ability to confront difficult resident issues. Extensive comprehension of Property Management Software. Developed and executed strategies to attract, train, motivate and lead a professionally engaged property management team which included restaurant and bar personnel. REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (January 2020 until January 2021) Daly 7

Oversaw eight different hotels under three brands. Marriott hotels included three Fairfield Inn and Suites and a Springhill Suites. Two Holiday Inn Expresses and two Hilton properties, Hilton Garden Inn (Full service) and a Hampton Suites.

Responsible for all areas of operation in the hotels, including but not limited to, hotel sales, hotel profitability, personnel, and overall condition of the property. Oversee the implementation of company plans and programs and ensure compliance with brand standards. Conduct property visits and execute operational strategies in addition to monitoring property performance against defined expectations.

TASK FORCE AND GENERAL MANAGER (April 2002 until June 2013) VIP’s Industries

Oversaw multiple hotels as a General Manager for periods between 4 months up to a couple of years. Properties included Phoenix Inn Suites in various locations in Oregon and Washington including Albany, Eugene, Salem and Vancouver. While working for the same management company also worked at a DoubleTree by Hilton and a Hotel Highland (independent in Arizona).

In charge of improving revenue growth, controlling expenditures and establishing proper standard operating procedures for all departments with cost controls and guest satisfaction. Assured proper interviewing, hiring, training, reviews, discipline, and termination of employees. Extensive training and use of Profit and Loss Statements in addition to creating monthly, quarterly and annual budgets.
