Provided psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychiatric follow up as needed for a residential facility of 35 males between the ages of 12-18. Worked with the treatment team and medical team providing medication management, monitoring the therapeutic and adverse side-effects of medications, ordered laboratory testing as indicated and provided psychiatric assessments such as the AIMS test, GAD-7, PHQ9 and tested resedients for ADHD, Autism and anxiety disorders.

Reported the effects of medications to the treatment team and taught residents about their mental health diagnosis and medications. Maintained contact with outside social service agencies, and discussed resident progress with their therapist and parents on an ongoing basis. In addition worked with residents on improving their health and wellness by participating in education and physical fitness activities with them and Ranch Hope staff.
