Design and installation of electric motor control and power circuit such as direct online starter, star Delta motor starter with float switch,phase failure relay, under voltage and overvoltage monitor, thermal overload relay, e.t.c.

Carrying out troubleshooting and repairing of thermic fluid heater control panel, incase of burnt component, replacement of contactor, overload, circuit breaker,timer, phase failure relay e.t.c

Carrying out preventive maintenance on 250kva Perkins generator and 20kva FG wilson generator by checking the temperature, water radiator level, oil level, disel level, cleaning of the air filter, water filter, disel filter to avoid shutdown, and taking record of the generator running hours, keeping generator check list up to date and taking record of daily public power supply.

Carrying out PMS on all electric motor and panels by tightening all loose contact, checking the temperature, carrying out voltage test, resistance test, and setting the thermal overload relay according to motor current rating to avoid burning of motor, checking phase phailure if working and checking motor voltage if complete to avoid single phasing

Carryin-out preventive maintenance system on filling machine by checking the contactors, circuit breaker,relay, PLC, VFD, sensors, electric motor, oil filter, air compressor by checking the oil level,the belt if weaken and tightening of all loose contact on the control panel on weekly basis, replacement of damaged wire, replacement of worn seals, gaskets, O ring seal and cleaning of the oil filter to prevent leakage or contamination issues

Responsible for calibration, parameterization and adjusting of the oil filling machine and conveyor to ensure accurate filling level
