• Act as Lead Asset Manager for 5 office and residential investments totaling c. $300m of firm invested equity and provide analytical and strategic support for 5 Senior Asset Managers on the c. $8bn AUM US portfolio across residential, industrial and office assets

• Execute on multimillion-dollar value-add/development business plans across all covered assets; divestment strategy/execution, debt coordination, business plan modification, capital expenditure/budget oversight, lease approval. Deliver regular hold/sell analyses and recommendations

• Share property business plans and market research with investors, and provide ongoing updates to ensure capital allocation aligns with their mandates

• Present to Investment Committee on property types, markets, current debt terms, and operator performance for new acquisitions

• Disposition of 3 value-add multifamily assets (445-units) in Phoenix in Q4 2022, resulting in returns of 24.6% IRR and 2.34x EM. Proceeds from this sale were used to pay off the loan on the remaining 3 assets within the JV

• Strategic add-on acquisition of a strip center in Austin. This add-on provided the JV full control of a 7 acre site, with the intent to convert into a 918-unit multifamily development

• Converted 2 buildings in Phoenix from Class C office space to medical office and flex industrial to capitalize on stronger leasing markets and cap rate compression.
