My goal is to obtain a remote position that maximizes my technical training and experience as it relates to customer service and product support.

July 2000 through December 2008 - Insurance and Financial Agent for several Insurance companies part time. Full time with Georgia Farm Bureau Insurance(Home Office) PO Box 7008, Macon, GA 31209 McDuffie County Farm Bureau(Agency Office), PO Box 70, Thomson, GA 30824 - Increased my P&C book of business from 300K to over 750K and number of households from less than 300 to over 650.. Earned Million Dollar ring twice for Life Sales.. Won several trips and awards for P&C and Life sales.. Created and maintained a detailed customer database so I could do broad or specific mail outs to my customers since this was not provided by the company. This database was very useful in keeping up with information on my customer's household and how to best evaluate and meet their future needs and increase my sales.

June 1993 through July 2000 - Customer Service Manager - GIW Industries 5000 Wrightsboro Rd., Grovetown, GA 30813 (International Pump Manufacturer) - Managed and maintained budget for Customer Service, Order Entry, Parts, Warranty and Contract Review with 10 staff. Analyzed stock inventory and entered parts needed to meet production requirements. Expedited parts to meet critical customer deadlines through computer input and close communication with plant personnel and Engineering. Percentage of goals met for Order Entry, Project deadlines, Warranty and Parts expedition were consistently between 85% to 100%.

Other Previous Experience - Shipping Coordinator for Union Switch & Signal (International Railroad Manufacturer) which involved supervising 6 office personnel and working closely with CFO and Shipping Supervisor. Maintained shipping dollars report and made sure shipments of 3-6 million were made each month with correct documentation based on annual budget and forecast. Telephone Operator, Switchboard Operator.
