Responsibilities included but not limited to performing moderately complex clerical work involving various standard clerical routines that are carried out on a regular or rotational basis, in accordance with standard practice and instructions; and/or supervises and participates in performing simple and repetitive clerical work tasks that are primarily procedural in nature and carried out in accordance with specific instructions or clearly defined procedures. but not limited to processing the settlement of clearing items, prepares and
balances daily suspense reports, downloading incoming return files from Federal
Reserve Bank and Credit Unions, deposition all incoming return items, research
and respond to all adjustment inquires and prepare and balances daily return
items tickets for Operation Services Division. Verify all checks $10,000.00 and
above using check fraud system.

but not limited to the distribution of all merchandizes to local, outer island and mainland stores. Log and verify all merchandizes before shipping out to necessary stores.
