Crucial in communication for all actions provided by my PowerPoint timeline with points of contact, dates, times, and support request numbers from Cape Security approving authorization for access and transports

Additional orchestrating includes: contact with commercial carriers, forklifts for offloads and reloads, coordination with the Mariner captain and crew for controlling the ramp and securing hardware

Project Management to provide logistics needed to consolidate warehouses; Business Management Analyst to plan and program for trainings scheduling and tracking mandatory training and OJT skills critical to launch scheduling

Coordinates with suppliers for specific skills and immediate base access for acceleration of materials and tools to be transported through critical carriers to ULA sites to support testing

Team lead in defining, drafting and executing Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), directing daily department meetings, assigning tasks ensuring scheduling needs are met, providing updates

Accommodates transports enabling launch pads for rocket boosters, payloads, centaur (second stage), machine fabrications, tube shop, and ensure proof loads are accurate

Coordinates dispatching team drivers, forklifts, and trucks to sites

Leads logistic activities to meet cost and schedule; coordinates transportation, loading/offloading support of incoming/outgoing ground support equipment and flight hardware critical to launch support through the coordination of Cape Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center Air Strips, facilities, resources, and security at both operations

Works closely with other team members to define and build Bills of Materials (BOMs) engaging with procurement and planning ensuring transportation and compliance of documentation is provided to the Receiving Dock, confirm invoices, coordinates with Quality Department and end-users (i.e., engineering purchasing order, parts, and documents match compliance standards needed

BOMs consist of the following steps: understand what you're building, list parts in assembly, assign part numbers to each item, ensure each part number have specifications, assign item numbers, list exact quantities of items, and returns discrepant material/parts to vendors and suppliers

Ensures compliance with import/export control team members, Global Trade Control (GTC), ULA Denver

Lead for ordering, tracking, receiving, and shipping of all products, parts and materials ensuring that they are delivered on time, replenished as required; scrutinizes all orders coming through receiving dock assuring part number, quantity, and packing slip matches order

Documents and photographs all damaged hardware with the carrier, reports to supplier, takes corrective action for replacement or credit to reorder

Compiles discrepant report on incoming orders arriving without documentation from third party drop shipments or damaged, incorrect, and mis-shipments

Define and manage processes for overall program logistic activities; worked with IT, developed a request for dispatch capturing six-year history and built foundation for future processes

SMEs can now access input, request dates, requester’s name, phone number, pick-up/delivery location, description of items, and receiving noted with tracking numbers crucial for end-users in scheduling tasks; allowed scheduling and prioritizing transports and leadership meetings establishing their priorities, in addition to all documents required by Department of Transportation (DOT) for incoming/outgoing shipments
