Project: 2 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation):

The scope of the project was to protect all EU citizens (including those residing in US) and their personal information, both in Europe and outside of Europe. The personal identification information (PII) included ANY information that can be used to identify an individual person directly (name, email address) OR indirectly (location, IP address, mobile device) .

Project: 3 LEAP (Loyalty Externalization and Partnerships)-Discovery Phase

The scope of the project was to develop a web- based application that allows Tier matching between TR and TR partners. The scope included deployment of block chain network using the Ethereum open source to Caesars provided Azure subscriptions, demonstrate how a Block chain solution can read from existing back-end system (Existing Loyalty Program Software) and use the data inside Smart Contracts, manage Partner and Exchange configurations through the LEAP manager.

Project: 4 Retail POS (Point of Sale)

The scope of the project is that Caesars Retail is embarking on a system and software transformation to optimize and improve business processes around Inventory, Point of Sale, and Warehouse management. Caesars is implementing Microsoft D365 as the core of its complete retail solution with integrations to current systems and potential new third-party system to support the enterprise needs. Key business functions support will include Store Operations (including POS), Pricing and promotions, Inventory management, Warehouse management, Purchasing, Assortments. This would be applicable for different tracks such as RITS (Retail Integration Transaction Services), WMS (Warehouse Management System), Inventory and Finance.

Project: 5 Digital Asset Management (DAM)

The scope of the project is to have a centralized system for locating digital assets and their associated metadata. This will allow Marketing to manage and easily locate digital assets efficiently. Digital Asset Manager (DAM) would solve the storage capacity problem by providing a solution that has large capacity storage space. DAM storage system also provides a library application that would assign nomenclature, expiration dates, licensing information, and other documentation associated with assets, reducing the time and effort needed to locate and confirm usage rights of an asset.

Two sequences of applications ran on the device namely Ship from Store (SFS) and Buy Online Pick Up in Store (BOPIS).
