Sales Consultant:

1998-2000: I started my career in the commercial division, working with existing accounts and handling quality control on job sites, managing rehabs at various properties, along with upselling current contracts. In addition, I cold called to create new commercial accounts, selling our products and services as well as providing sales support on our residential side of the business.

2000-present: I transferred over to full time residential sales, providing in-home estimates and design on both bathroom and kitchen remodels. My background in construction enables me to provide a clear understanding of the project and scope of work to the customer. I build a strong rapport with individuals, having an extremely high work ethic, always follow up in a timely manner, thus creating a trusted relationship with customers. I stay current with all industry partners, being up to date and knowledgeable on several manufacturer materials and pricing.

In addition to daily in-home sales calls, estimates and designs, I have also trained and supported the onboarding of new sales representatives over the years. My excellent customer service skills and attention to detail reflect in a high percentage of repeat business and customer referrals.
