WORK EXPERIENCE

Senior Sanitation Manager

Purfoods, LLC (aka Mom’s Meals – RTE Products) North Jackson, Ohio, Grinnell, IA and Stillwater OK

Manages activities of Sanitation management and sanitation duties for three manufacturing facilities

Plan, organize and manage a team three managers, three supervisors and six team leads and a total of 76 sanitation employees from three facilities.

Inspects equipment, material, and facilities for conformity to federal, state and plant standards.

Works with management on sanitation issues and recommends changes in equipment, work practices, sanitation standards

Plan, organize, control and manage a team of 68 sanitation employees, one supervisor and two group leads
