·PT. Mahkota Buana Indonesia is a plastic recycling company (polypropylene), we produce plastic pellets.

·I currently supervised 132 staffs and workers from various division: security, purchasing, material receiver, quality control, production, maintenance and administrative.

·Coordinate with security division to ensure all activities in the factory comply with security and safety standards.

·Ensure that all division are running well to meet company standard, solve problems that exists in any divisions and make minor or medium decision or changes.
