2022 to Present Signet Jewelers – Akron, Ohio

• Administrative Assistant for newly developed division titled Jewelry Services by supporting the Senior Vice President as well as three Vice Presidents under her division with involvement for Care & Repair/Custom, Loyalty and Marketing. Direct Manager got promoted to President 10 months into my employment which greatly increased my workload.

• I maintained the servicing of these executives while extending my responsibilities by supporting two additional Vice Presidents with numerous domestic and international travel needs and calendaring for one of the parent company’s more profitable Banners that were responsible for the Merchandising and Buying groups during the last two quarters of the fiscal year because they were without administrative support. Assisted other admins by supporting their executives when the admins were on vacation or out of the office.

• Coordinated holiday events / mailing & tracking of annual tokens of recognition and thanks to major contributors at years end. Was the main liaison for financial planning sessions with travel, food and note taking for both groups.
