Resume:

Greetings Hiring Manager,

My name is Gary Jordan, I would like to submit my resume for review to your organization. Below is a brief synopsis of my qualifications and experience.

Innovative, creative, enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented are my top 5 words for describing myself. My skills and capabilities fit your organization. I have over 10 years of successful work experience in banking, financial services, customer relations, and case management.

My experience as a Facilitator for the Wraparound Program at the Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic demonstrates my ability to work with at-risk youth and their families in programs designed to specifically address the needs and challenges of youth within the inner city in a case management capacity. I was responsible for planning, arranging, and being available 24/7/365. A successful case manager requires being detail-oriented, organized, effective at communicating (written and verbal), and a team player. In my role, I demonstrated these core skills daily while utilizing the family-centered practice model.

As a Financial Services Officer in the Banking Industry, I understand the importance of leadership in team collaboration to meet goals and expectations. I have a strong background in managing both external and internal demands. I have trained employees, improving customer relations using practical training tools while maintaining accounts and relationships with internal and external affairs. My most outstanding personal achievements are my interpersonal and communication abilities and the incorporation of the various tools and skill level recognition that I have learned in my organizational management courses. As a result, I have earned a solid reputation for effective and strategic alliance-building. Under my guidance, my team(s) have been recognized for the following achievements:

•Building a more robust management team

•Establishing new accounts

•Maintaining existing accounts

I want to bring my creative talents, managerial expertise, and resourceful insight as a member of your organization. Indeed, my skills and experience, when allied with your company’s vision, will create impressive profitable results.

I seek a position within an organization that can visualize that change management is essential, visionary leaders can be developed with guidance, and an organization can become a global leader in any industry with the proper key talent in place to help foster a culture of progression, learning, and cooperative collaboration.

As there is significantly more to convey, I look forward to our meeting and discussion regarding how I might assist the sales/management needs and further the advancement of your company.

Sincerely,

Gary D. Jordan
