stepped in to help Eric Russell when his
EA left
Verizon. She has been complimented by
Eric for stepping in this role with little
training. Teresa has

• Leadership Calls, Overseeing the
calendar invites, compiling the
deck, sharing the agenda and
running the broadcast.
• All Hands Call - Same items as
Leadership Call plus she
organizes the recognition
portion of the call. She works to

Responsibilities and Achievements
Operation Support for Executives, 48+ Sr Managers and 15 Supervisors. Duties were but not limited to:
• Operation Support for 1 Executive Director, 6 Area VPs, 48+ Sr Managers and 15 Supervisors. In the US and Europe.
• I wrote and filed the buildings safety protocol and stood up the first hybrid safety team for Verizon and organization safety periodicals. Which included the active shooter protocol.
• Work closely with six hundred real estate/facilities, cafeteria, security, and concierge.
• Kept up with all the required training needed to remain in compliance.
• Processed New Hires and Terminations. Assisted with getting them in the timekeeping systems (SAP) and Benefit connections.
• Ensure smooth operations for the Center, which seated two hundred people.
• I process Travel & Expenses kept they are sent promptly, and all charges are within scope.
• I order all equipment, office supplies, cell phones and office equipment for the organization.
• I supported the desk assignments and process on boarding and off boarding of vendors and employees.
