Motor City Industrial, Farmington Hills, MI December 2016 – current. Industrial product and fastener supply company. Branch operational and warehouse manager. Oversaw multiple accounts with multiple salespeople as well as delivery with company vehicle. Maintained customer product bin stock and vending machine supply. Requested for and sold new products. Learned company operating system, daily order entry, released purchase orders to multiple vendors for product. Created product transfers from main hub location. Allocated and created orders for delivery. Maintained product delivery routes by geographic location. Oversaw and produced multiple Excel reports for outstanding orders and vendor past dues as well as developed and managed store records. Also, worked with in store customers and daily store maintenance.

Fastenal, Sterling Heights, Madison Heights, Grand Rapids, MI July 2013 – December 2016. Industrial product and fastener supply company. Outside sales representative, oversaw multiple accounts. Valley Goldmine, Phoenix, AZ November 2008 – March 2011. Started in jewelry and watch side of business, doing repairs of watches, helping customers with questions concerning maintenance, repair, and sales of their jewelry items. Later switched to precious metal purchasing side of business. Held office hours, also, did fund-raising in schools and churches to purchase gold, silver, and platinum. Maintained accurate records of miles traveled, dates, and amounts purchased. Full customer service position all over Phoenix and Tucson area.

Performance Line Tool Center, Waterford, MI January 2006 – November 2008. Retail sales position. Job duties include opening and closing the store, helping customers, receiving stock, pricing and displays.

Cottage Inn Pizza, Shelby Twp. and Auburn Hills, MI January 2002 – May 2005. Started as a driver in January and was quickly promoted to assistant manager in April. Two years later started as general manager. Responsibilities include supervising, training and scheduling employees, food preparation, ordering supplies, general store maintenance and dealing with customer concerns.

Sherwin-Williams, Ann Arbor and Lansing, MI June 1999 – September 2000. Started as a sales associate in Ann Arbor, and then transferred to Lansing that fall. Quickly promoted to key holder ahead of other employees with similar or increased experience. Acquired valuable managerial experience during this time, while continuing to carry 18 hours of college credit.

Heritage Newspapers, Livonia, MI June 1996 – June 1998. Newspaper delivery to businesses throughout three counties. Job required good organizational skills, close attention to detail, collection of payments, dependability, and ability to work independently. Was also a full-time college student during this period.
