PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS

Ability to take lead role in program controls involving performing assignments/KPIs associated with the planning/scheduling, team in a matrix organization.

ONGOING EXPERIENCE

Working with Veolia Water Qatar as Senior Planning and Coordination Engineer for O&M Snags completion work at Doha South and Industrial Area Sewage Water Treatment Plants of Ashghal.

Attend the progress meetings with Ashghal and current O&M Operating companies of the two plants. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and presentations. Preparing and updating project plans, S-Curves, man-hours and works statuses.

Attend meetings with sub-contractors for the timely completion of jobs. Follow up with site engineers and technical staff. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Ensure proper scheduling and implementation of Preventive Maintenance System for all offshore/ onshore fleet. Review and scheduling of corrective maintenance work orders generated from MAXIMO. Review of job priority planned resources, services, materials, and GL accounts required to execute the job and follow up until completion.

Activate / inactivate PMs in Maximo against any asset status change. Assign PMs with correct GL account, work group and storeroom for new assets and in case asset is moved from one fleet to another.

Monitor the mobile Equipment status change on regular basis, tracking movement from workshop to project site and from site to workshop. Developing maintenance schedules as per OEM recommendations and upload these schedules to CMMS/SAP.

Fully responsible for mobile Equipment Asset life cycle starting from commissioning, operation, maintenance, stacked out and disposals.

Closely monitor the running hour base overhauls for CAT Engines, Generators, Motors for upcoming Top/ Major overhauls. Generate work orders in advance in the system and follow up with the rigs for timely ordering the overhaul parts and follow up with supply chain department for on time delivery to ensure on time maintenance as per schedule.

Resetting of the hours readings on PMs for actual overhaul done to generate work orders from the system for next overhauls.

Experience of developing, implementation and testing of preventative and predictive maintenance plans along with the PMS and Maximo implementation team for new Equipment joining the company fleet.

Hands on experience of scheduling in Primavera P6, develop S-curve, update schedule, monitor progress, compare actual progress versus plan, control cost, perform delay analysis and conceptualize strategies to overcome roadblocks and delays.

Working experience in all multi-disciplinary program levels (Design, EPCC stages, Maintenance, Shutdown, Turnaround) mainly spanning oil & gas E&P operations (onshore & offshore) as well as petrochemical plant operations.
