As a civilian retired Director of Operations at USAF/AETC, and a retired USAF Aircraft Armament Systems specialist, I've accumulated over 35 years of combined military and civilian experience in aircraft, munitions, missile systems maintenance, and training. I have a master's degree in procurement and acquisitions, a bachelor's in engineering degree in industrial technology and education, and an acquisition life cycle management level 1certification. Member of the Top three for the largest interactive multimedia instruction unit in the Air Force, with operating locations at Langley AFB, Virginia, Scott AFB, Illinois, and Sheppard AFB, Texas. The squadron is geographically separated from higher headquarters of the 982d Training Group and 82dTraining Wing, Sheppard AFB, Texas. Duties include but not limited to directing and supervising two Operational Liaison Program Management Offices; synchronized processes with 6 sections/130personnel. Served as the Electronics Maintenance Group DSCM for Aircraft and support Equipment within DoD. Facilitates timely provision of materiel allowing for uninterrupted maintenance schedules and meeting repair flow goals. Fosters synergy between USAF, DLA, to ensure parts supportability to organic AF Depot Maintenance for both Materiel Support Division

(MSD) and General Support Division (GSD). Briefed leaders with AFMC and DLA Aviation on collaborative improvement efforts to improve supply support to the Air Logistics Complexes (ALC) by participating in the DSCM initiative.

Orchestrated DSCM IPTs to improve materiel supportability through effective demand planning, standard parts supportability analysis, and action planning. Serves as the DSCM Program analyst for aircraft/ engines spares, government furnished equipment, contractor furnished equipment, support equipment, and support spares to support assigned USAF Organizations, FMS country programs, and DLA. Served as the Logistics Support Manager for aircraft/engines spares, government furnished equipment

(GFE), contractor furnished equipment (CFE), support equipment spares in support of assigned Foreign Military Sales (FMS) country programs. Develops data by researching applicable technical orders, vendor data, etc., and analyzes USAF usage data to compile recommendations for the FMS country regarding procurement, delivery, delinquencies, and effectiveness of all phases of acquisition management. Researches and resolves problem areas to accommodate supply requirements for specific FMS country needs. Makes final decisions on all supply problems related to all assigned cases. Develops suggested work a-rounds for all known shortfalls and briefs customer (FMS country) at Management Action Team

(MAT) meetings, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), etc. Acts as advisor/agent for the FMS country for the overall management, modification, and planning of government equipment management. Responsible for identification, procurement and management of GFE and Time Compliance
