Plant Manager

Manage operations to work on efficiency on plant operations. Plant was very high waste and needed help to change operations. Waste was sometimes between 10% to 14%.

● Worked with teams to read reports and see the problematics of the plant to find solutions.

● Worked on K.P.I of operations.

● Implemented lean manufacturing principles, reducing waste by less than 3%.

● Worked on inspections for plant to receive high inspections numbers of 98% to 99%.

● Worked directly with maintenance team to get full preventive program in line.

● In charge of 250k budget to have flour trucks to delivery flour and work close in loads to delivery frozen products

● In charge of 30 million budget to purchase, set up and train employees for new AMF Equipment

Manage 4.8-million-dollar annual budget While maintaining a cadence for day to day plant operations and monitoring KPl's. ● Administer plant P&L, control of budget for overhead, direct labor, capital spend.

● Develop a program for training of "Breaducation" to educate Sales, employees and guests on the ingredient functions and bread making process.

Oversaw $8.5 million annual Budget and worked on several Cl projects to increase throughput and reduce very high waste in the plant.
