>>> Scope and development:

• Develop / Review installation procedures, study, and define logistic procedures required for material and Personnel management/movement in “DaWinci” system

• Support SITE installation activities and providing assistance when needed

• Plans and schedules helicopters and supply vessels in support of all offshore operations, including JV Companies, by assessing, calculating and assigning loads, capacity, operational priorities, and route economy

• Closely work with Offshore Installation management to ensure deck space availability for CPY

& CTR Materials/Equipment

• Liaise with the DBN PWM PMT for all material control and receipt aspects that may impact SITE installation

• Follow material status report for per DBN PWM project & update on daily basis with any progress

• Resolves conflicts in passenger and cargo bookings to offshore locations using computer based logistics systems such as overbooked flights and payload issues, liaising and coordinating new departure schedules between the booking personnel of each company and the heliport that will ultimately meet the requirements of each company, and to ensure that at no single time more than one logistics activity is operating at any offshore location (e.g. cargo offloading during helicopter landing)

• Provide logistics support delivering all materials associated with new produced Water Management modules, new outboard slots modules including subsea structures (boat fender and CP guides) and all associated integration and brownfield works offshore on 2 different locations of ALS field (A & B Locations)

• Liaises and co-ordinates the timely delivery of materials and cargo between users and contractors to meet ship and aircraft loading schedules thereby ensuring viability of planned movements, and involving considerable external liaison with contract suppliers, haulers, material handlers, port security and user departments

• Acts as ‘Super-User’ for the bespoke cloud-based logistics IT systems which are national systems critical to daily management of offshore platforms.

• Receives calls from users and fixes any technical issues encountered, or grants new access to the system upon confirming approval with the companies authorized signatory

• Link with different actors of logistics process from shipment to delivery – including backload

• Schedules and prioritizes deliveries of cement, drilling chemicals, diesel fuel, water, and all other bulk required by offshore locations in order to maintain production and drilling operations

• Abstracts and collates information from offshore locations and ports on behalf of Qatar Armed Forces aircraft/vessels, including producing daily status reports for the military and organization of fueling, landing, routing through rig protected zones and ports, and using that knowledge to conduct critical safety deconfliction for military assets with QP/JV’s own logistics assets, based upon an assessment of the operational information provided from the military against the scheduled movements of the day

• Follow and report with Planner / project Control to ensure compatibility of material procurement & movement with project’s schedule

• Follow and report with DBN PWM Project team, Quality inspectors and Onshore (into CONTRACTORS premises)/Offshore Representatives

• Follow CONTRACTOR material status with detailed packing list and detailed shipment program

• Follow CONTRACTOR to differentiate the material from installation tools – different types of spare parts and consumables

• Follow and report alignment in between CONTRACTOR material list and CONTRACT

• Cross check CONTRACTOR SAP references for items not already existing in PALM database

• Provide daily/weekly/monthly Logistics report

• Raise and report NCR in case of defects/discrepancy of materials

• Follow and report material shipment codification, identification, and coordinate with onshore for any back loading sequence (schedule and locations)

• Advise Onshore teams when delivering material and re-enforce the coordination for the particular delivery

• Follow up the tracking of goods receipt offshore. Assist to the Installation team meetings.

• Interface with QC team and onshore/offshore teams to centralize and archive all material certificates

• Coordinate and follow personnel logistic for both COMPANY and CONTRACTOR

• Report any no show from CONTRACTOR

• Coordinate Transport request forms for COMPANY

• Provide detailed KPI for DBN PWM material control and follow up

• Participate to prepare the installation / construction sequence / method statement

• Comment and review the procedures related to logistic

• Coordinate the offshore material returns / surplus materials with Backload team and onshore CONTRACTOR for the dispatch

• Responsible for the planning and organization of Outward and Inward Manifests, Consignment Notes, Offshore waste transfer notes, Dangerous goods etc. in timely manner avoiding Non-productive time.
