My group was responsible for all VIP's (GS-15+) to ensure a problem free firmware update from Unistem to SIP telephones on the new Avaya platform. I held TS clearance.

Hired as a Contractor to provide engineering and maintenance support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Command, Control and Communications (C3) program office in Washington DC. On call 24/7/365.

Maintain and support of Avaya/Nortel telecommunications system’s which consist of a CS1000M, 2-CS1000’s, Call Pilot and various audio and visual systems throughout the FAA facilities which included 2 COOP sites. Maintained STE and STU Telephones. Maintained TSG-6 policies.

Provided circuit provisioning and cost analysis for correct billing of services from various vendors.
