EXPERIENCE

Stellar Holdings: Vice President of Asset Management. Seattle, WA. 2018 – 2023. Capital planning and execution, review and approve property management, commercial leasing, approve debt financing, leader in the investment committee for strategic initiatives, etc. We handled all of the strategic planning for the company and made the required changes for the year. There was a team of four asset managers for the company and the teamwork required leadership and chemistry. The team had to have a solid team of managers that could execute the individual tasks. Urban Renovations: Vice President of Portfolio Management. Seattle, WA. 2014 - 2018. Leasing for district

(Seattle, Portland and Denver), approve capital budget, approve property management plan, etc. The team of asset managers had to achieve the results of the planning by the limit of a capital plan. There was always part of the team that had to overcome obstacles and part of the team that overcome details. Morrison Street Capital: Two promotions. President of Asset Management. Portland, OR. 2008 – 2014. Approved leasing plan, capital planning and construction, debt financing, etc. The group wanted to forge with a new team but kept the resources fairly small for strategic planning. There were five of us that kept the superior planning and focus on were it needed to be. The team always parted ways with the capital plan as needed but kept some planning in the future for the budget. Unico Properties: Four promotions. Analyst, associate, manager, director. Seattle, WA. 1998 – 2008. Plan capital events, distributions, asset management plans, leasing costs, etc. We always tried hard for future planning and had a great time planning for capital events. There was a very large company that had billions under management. We always had a fun time squeezing into the right category. Planning for a capital event was a challenge but one we lived for as a team. EDUCATION
