PROFILE

●I am interested in bringing a new and exciting culture to a new market based on previous experience and skills that I have obtained while training various people for various positions and teaching them to not only find small solutions for major problems, but to have an impact on not just a person, but a community.

●What drives me want to my very best is seeing growth not only within myself, but others as well. Other people growing only means I will grow as well.

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Business Management

I am currently attending Purdue Global University with a Major in Business Management while working full time as an Operator at 7Brew (Milbrew Holdings)

University of Arkansas Fayetteville, AR

Bachelor of Management with a Minor in Supply Chain

●I attended my Freshmen and Sophomore year at the Sam M. Walton College of business for Management with a Minor in Supply Chain

EXPERIENCE

7Brew Coffee Milwaukee, WI

Operator for Milbrew Holdings September 2022- Current

●My current position within 7Brew regards oversight of all aspects regarding operations. I moved from Fayetteville Arkansas to Milwaukee Wisconsin to bring 7Brew to a new market, build and sustain our culture revolving around cultivating kindness, and to develop up to thirty-five stores in a new area of the country.

●My role started with just getting the store up and running as the store manager, to then promoting six initial shift leads who I trusted to sustain our culture as well as the customer’s VIP experience, and to build leadership from within. I am fortunate enough to say I have hired 45 incredible baristas who all love their jobs and want to do more.

●My role then transitioned to training/finding a manager to run that store and to then begin our training program to open new stores. This role for me is still evolving and growing so more to come as our grand plan to open thirty-five stores while maintaining the culture of 7 Brew where we only promote from within.

7Brew Coffee Fayetteville, AR

Corporate/Traveling Trainer October 2021-September 2022

●I would go to different stands for two-three weeks to train new baristas for their new markets, onboarding new hires for stands, operator orientations to teach operators about our culture as well as why 7 Brew is different than any other company, franchise weekends which would be a thirty hour training weekend to give very intentional introduction to new hires from different markets to get a head start prior to opening their stands.

●Our goal was to establish a golden standard for culture as well as promote numerous leaders within the stand who would maintain the culture as well as servantly lead their team.

●I had to learn how to adjust day by day to ad-hear to new market’s demand as well as train shift leads and managers to recognize and adjust appropriately to maximize sales per hour.

●While training in various markets taught me to realize people’s ceilings and when to expand them, as well as to adjust to each trainee with the knowledge that every person learns in a different manner.

●This position also taught me to communicate and be effective within a new stand in a short amount of time to maximize the stand’s success in each market we go to in order to set them up for success when we leave.

7 Brew Coffee Rogers, AR

Barista July 2020- Current

●As a barista at the most successful coffee shop in Northwest Arkansas, I learned to provide exceptionally genuine customer service as well as serve top notch coffee.

●Our goal as a team is to have wait times no longer than four minutes with a sense of urgency and teamwork showing utmost respect to our customer’s time; all while providing sincere interaction to impact our community in the most positive manner possible.

●What I ultimately learned is that people come first, coffee came second.

Chuy’s Tex-Mex Rogers, AR

Host Trainer June 2017-August 2019

My position as host trainer taught me to manage and organize a group of hosts to efficiently handle wait times as well as the flow of the restaurant to effectively meet the demand of our customers on a daily basis.

The biggest obstacle I learned to overcome was handling disgruntled customers in a manner that would keep their business as well as the etiquette of the restaurant in tact.

ACTIVITIES/HOBBIES

Arkansas Baseball Club/ Hillel/ Deca/ Guitar/ Exercise/ Baseball and Basketball

Arkansas Baseball Club August 2019 – December 2021

●To start a club for people who either love or miss the sport as a whole and want to continue playing in college.

●Our goal was to provide a fun encouraging environment while upholding the competitive aspect of the sport.

Hillel

Hillel was a club I became an executive member on to help provide a Jewish community on campus for people feeling stranded in a very non-Jewish place.

Our goal as a club was to recruit continuously throughout the school year while providing weekly events for Shabbat or other holidays to help make students feel at home in their new community.

Deca

A student led organization where I learned about business as well as helping our community.

Our clubs trademark was to raise money each year to send a Make-A-Wish child to Disney.
