As an IT Administrator my job varies every single day. We are currently a 20-branch company and I provide support to end users all throughout the company. I work on our ticketing system with various issues that users have, I help support our implementation of our new ERP system and code business rules in C# for the system are just a few of the responsibilities I have. I helped renegotiate our month-to-month bill from our MSP down $12k dollars which ultimately saves the company $144k a year. Vital part in spinning up new branches in multiple cities which consists of setting up devices, getting the network stood up, wire runs for data drops and confirming overall functionality of the branch.

As a stylist my main responsibility was taking care of customers that came into our store and that if they had questions that I answered them. I also ran cash registers and when new shipment would come in, I would process, sort and stock it to ensure our back room was organized.

Throughout my time at Chattahoochee Technical I was able to keep above a 3.00 GPA while working full time and going to school full time. I was also awarded the HOPE scholarship every semester.

I have been doing retail or customer facing jobs since I started working at 16. I have been able to develop fantastic people skills, great communication, and I have also learned a lot as well. The jobs that I have had have taught me a lot about people and have also taught me how to deescalate situations and as I mentioned they have also taught me great communication skills.
