● Verify and update insurance for all in house accounts, contact insurance companies in reference to all insurance claims.

● Follow up on claims, and intent to cancel insurance in a timely and efficient manner, communicate and return all calls for insurance companies, complete and submit letter of guarantee and any other forms required.

● Contact and follow up with customers regarding open claims, ensures inventory is coded to the correct lot and location in the Dealer Management System, Idms.

● Ensures all vehicles are transported to the correct locations, performs cosmetic inspections and quality control checks.
