Responsibilities:CADD & BIM Modeller (MEP)

Assisting the BIM Coordinator to coordinate drawing among various disciplines such as Structures, Architectures and MEP etc.

Assist in documentation and submission of progress report to authority

Preparing Shop drawing base on giving schedule by Manager.

Production of Concrete Body Plan and Section Details Drawings

Preparing Interfacing Details that needed for Coordination

Produce shop drawing from Revit model.

Annotation and documentation from 3D model.

Preparing sheet from CBP and print PDF according to client drawing.

Check updates CAD drawing to find lack of information (LOD) and RFI.

Report all issue to Engineering Manager.

Model update from client’s update drawing.

Checking the quality of model such as MQC (model quality check,) interference check, Clash check and discrepancy check with all MEP service and Arch.

Report all clash to Bim coordinator to solve issue.

Visual check with Revizto and Navisworks.

Clash check with Revit and Navisworks.

Duplicate check with Navisworks.

Working with CADD Drawing and Revit with Manger & project engineers to communicate, problem solve, and update models for coordination and design issues

Understands the implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions

Develops accurate 2D drawings from project BIMs, including sheet management tasks, annotations, dimensions, notes and all visibility settings

Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
