Duties include answering incoming calls and redirect calls when necessary, managing schedules, organizing office functions, and overseeing daily operations of office. Assist with on-boarding of employees. Interfaces with IT and facilities to situate new employees in their work environment as efficiently and stress-free as possible. Assume Fire Marshall responsibilities between building management and office. Renegotiate vendor contracts, implement office supplies inventory control including field PPE, and standardize office ordering procedures, processing outgoing shipments via FedEx, maintaining meeting schedules and special company events including catering. Also responsible for monitoring client account balances and collecting past due invoices, as well as some billing and invoice creation. Prepare comb bound proposals and various special projects as assigned or needed.
