Summary:

I am a very well seasoned construction manager. I have 26 plus years of experience in all facets of the construction industry including Heavy Civil, Commercial, and Residential construction projects in many different countries around the world. I have experience with many construction management software’s such as Primavera and Procore as well as other software for management including Microsoft Office. Managed 2 other Superintendents and 8 different construction company crews in ensuring that the overall schedule and budget is maintained. Also managed the on-site safety and training of all personnel so that proper construction practices and procedures were met without any delay or rework necessary. We do ground up construction for a entirely new neighborhood which included a multi-community lift station to be installed as well as all underground utilities such as water, storm, and electrical needed for all aspects of the job. I was overall responsible for the placement of all the concrete foundations, sidewalks, and asphalt roadways throughout the project as well.

Safety and Quality Control were key to the successful completion of these types of projects as well as force protection since the majority were done in hostile environments.
