Work Experience :

Supherb Farms ( 2022 ) : Production/ Sanitation Supervisor

In charge of 40 employees day to day operations

Received Raw Herbs, processed them into finished goods while utilizing Food Manufacturing Processes, and proper GMPs following Food Safety and SQF / HACCP Guidelines.

Verify employees following SSOP’s in production and Sanitation guidelines with proper sanitizing equipment and verifying ATP swabs and finished goods in spec to confirm all production being made is under regulation and quality specifications.

Made employees schedules, payroll time cards weekly through paycom.

Monthly evaluations on performance; conducted coaching sift not up to companies expectations. Worked with HR on written documentation for discipline if needed.

Worked on continuous improvement to drive results each quarter in both departments Sanitation and production to maximize results using RCA and 5 Why tools.

Foster Farms Deli Corndog Plant ( 2019-2022) : Sanitation Superintendent

In charge of 50 employees day to day Sanitation operations of RTE facility.

Responsible for chemicals being stored and ordered through chemical vendor.

Worked with QA techs on inspection of all equipment on production floor.

Responsible for all equipment to be washed and cleaned sanitized on a nightly basis to be under USDA Regulations.

Worked with USDA inspectors twice a week to ensure that all employees working and equipment was under Regulations for processes and procedures on production floor and documentation matched with audits and programs used in dad to day practices.

Schedule Sanitation employees with production schedules to cover double shift production shifts and to assemble a team to turnover the plant by morning start up with QA inspection.
