PROJECTS

Facial Emotion Detection

Designed a facial emotion recognition system with 24568 records using Residual Neural Networks over conventional CNN’s(Convolutional Neural Network) and solved the vanishing gradient problem.

Also performed data augmentation to counter small data sets of certain expressions to train the model accurately.

Implemented OpenCV module to capture facial emotions using Haar Cascade frontal face classifier. Breast Cancer Detection

Used Principal Component analysis to reduce the dimensionality by retaining approximately 90% of the features.

Tested ensembling methods along with standalone ML models to improve the accuracy of the prediction.

Experimented with ANN layers to compare machine learning models with deep learning and achieved an accuracy of 95% Networking Project: Cache Service, Socket Programming, and Comparative Evaluation of Reliable Data Transfer Protocols

Designed a client-server application featuring an intermediate cache using TCP and SNW(uses UDP for transport) protocols.

Also a cache service was implemented to enhance file exchange efficiency between the client and server. This project, executed through sockets, facilitates seamless file uploads and downloads to and from the server, making effective use of the cache. CERTIFICATIONS
