President & CEO – Co-Founded this high-speed electronic signal and interconnection company focused on a patented (6) new architecture for 100 Gbit/sec. telecom and datacom circuit boards, raised $1.75M in initial capital, completed product designs, built and tested products, launched marketing, and secured strategic partners. High Technology Business Development, Engineering/Product Design, and Management Consulting – President & CEO – Founded a professional business development consulting firm, initially focused on assisting start-up firms through development and launch. Activities included: assisting LandRay Technology, a vehicle mounted Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) company, to re-start by writing its corporate business plan and brochure, restructuring the company, securing new patents, and helping initiate a $4M financing; Business development consulting to InSTEDD, a non-profit Google spin-off, writing its strategic business plan, developing its financial model, and developing its project management methodology; Advised and completed studies for ClearFuels, Inc., a hydrogen and ethanol alternative “biofuels from waste” start-up. PEMSTAR PACIFIC CONSULTANTS, Inc., San Jose, CA 1998 - 2005 High Technology Consulting Management – (2002-2005) Vice President & General Manager – Following PEMSTAR’s acquisition of Pacific Consultants in late 2001, Pacific Consultants was positioned as a wholly owned subsidiary and completed a 2-year earn-out period. Responsibilities at PEMSTAR Pacific Consultants continued as detailed below, while this design engineering consulting practice produced greater than 20% earnings. In 2002, PEMSTAR sold KinderLife Instruments, Inc. (see below) to Natus, Inc., which turned around Natus’ financial performance. High Technology Consulting Management – (1998-2002) Executive Vice President & COO – PCLLC, a rapidly growing design engineering consulting practice, specialized in the development of electronic products involving mixed signal processing. High Growth Turn-Around Management --

President & COO, and subsequently, Interim Chairman & CEO – Joined Power Spectra, a 20 year-old public company, to turn it around by shifting the company’s high-power Gallium-Arsenide-based product lines from military to industrial markets; Managed operations; Evaluated market potential and planned new product lines; Developed new products, including Ground Penetrating Radar and an Electro-Optical laser range finder; Expanded the customer base; Raised $9+M in capital and sought an additional $7M in capital to implement a
